With 17 years of experience as a Master Trainer, 8 years as a Strength Coach, and 2 years as a Head Track Coach, I specialize in helping busy professionals and athletes build strength, lose weight, and develop healthier habits without spending countless hours in the gym.

My name is Kiah Turner, and I am a tennis player from Gainesville, Florida, with a foundation built through collegiate athletics and continued competition at the professional level. My competitive journey began early, earning a state championship in doubles as an eighth grader and finishing as a state runner-up as a freshman in high school. I continued my athletic and academic career at Hampton University, where I competed at the collegiate level and graduated with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Annabelle Genao has been involved in sports since the age of 9, beginning with soccer and volleyball before committing fully to tennis at 15. She began competing in tennis tournaments prior to attending the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology.
Annabelle has over three years of tennis coaching experience and has trained internationally at SotoTennis Academy in Cádiz, Spain, working within the strength and conditioning department to learn how to develop and program for elite athletes.
She is passionate about applying sports science and evidence-based training to help athletes and clients not only perform at a high level, but also build long-term strength, resilience, and confidence.
